鹽霧測試 Salt Spray Testing
鹽霧測試是使用高鹽度環境來測量產品、塗料和塗層長時間的耐腐蝕性,鹽霧測試是在密閉腔室中進行調節以產生各種腐蝕環境。在測試過程中,根據規格、產品類型或行業標準,樣品在特定的時間內完成指定的鹽濃度測試。
A salt spray test is a corrosion testing method that uses high-saline environments to measure the corrosion resistance of products, paints and coatings over extended periods. Sometimes referred to as salt fog, a salt spray test is conducted in a closed chamber that can be adjusted to create a variety of corrosive environments. During testing, samples are subjected to a specified salt concentration for a pre-determined amount of time, based on specification, product type, or industry standards.

酸雨測試 Kesternich Testing
酸雨測試模擬暴露於酸雨或工業化學品,以評估塗層、受質或零件本身的相對耐腐蝕性。部件或面板放置在一個專門設計的腔室中,並評估其暴露在二氧化硫和冷凝濕氣中之耐腐蝕性。
Kesternich tests simulate exposure to acid rain or industrial chemicals to assess the relative corrosion resistance of the coating, substrate, or the part itself. The parts or panels are placed inside a specially designed chamber and are exposed to SO2 and condensing moisture before being evaluated for their corrosion resistance.

複合型循環腐蝕測試 Composite Cyclic Corrosion Testing
複合腐蝕測試是一種更現實的測試方法。 實際環境條件通常包括潮濕和乾燥條件,因此在這些自然循環條件之後進行加速實驗室測試才能更貼近及代表扣件使用當下的環境。

Composite cyclic corrosion testing is a more realistic way to perform tests. Actual environmental conditions usually include both wet and dry conditions, thus it makes sense to pattern accelerated laboratory tests after these natural cyclic conditions.
