Zinc Plating 電鍍鋅

Zinc plating involves electroplating a metal surface with a thin layer of zinc, creating a bonded coating on materials such as steel or gold. This layer is durable and resistant to peeling, offering enhanced properties characteristic of zinc.

The process serves various purposes, primarily preventing rust and corrosion. By applying zinc plating, metals gain increased protection against environmental degradation, ensuring prolonged durability and performance.

Mechanical galvanize 機械鍍鋅

Mechanical galvanizing is a method where components undergo tumbling in a drum containing chemicals, zinc powder, and glass beads. Through this process, the beads cold-weld a consistent zinc powder coating onto the surface of each part.

The process provides excellent corrosion resistance, ensures uniform coating thickness, and eliminates the risk of hydrogen embrittlement, surpassing the advantages of electro-zinc plating.
